About Our Owner, Tony Ottaviano

I was born and raised in the Cleveland area and find value in both people and work. There's nothing better than finishing the day sweaty, achy, and dirty knowing that I was right where I was supposed to be. My family is my number one priority which is why I take heart in helping others with theirs. There is a lot to be said for providing a service to one family while providing for my own.

In so many situations there is truly a win-win scenario just waiting to be found. Working hard assisting others, earning a living for my family, and rediscovering so many lost treasures in our own back yard is just that scenario.

Integrity - Being honest and upfront with clients, customers, and those around us is key. Most of the time we are meeting people at a moment in their lives when they need someone in their corner. Developing a reputation of trust is vitally important and is something that can only be earned. Honesty, trust, moral compass pointing in the right direction.

Respectful - Being open and kind to those that hire us is paramount to developing a working relationship with that family. Often times we are meeting people at a time when they are tired, emotionally drained, and being pulled in too many directions. Appreciating them and speaking of their loved ones with dignity helps build the relationship. Dignity, openness, kindness.

Dependable - Being known as a team that will do what they say creates a reputation that precedes us and is something that we take to heart. Acting in a way that shows our reputation is earned only makes it stronger going forward. Consistent, finishing the job regardless of circumstance.

Optimistic - Being the type of company that finds solutions and offers options even in bad situations is important. We don’t want to be a “one trick pony” and only be looked at for estate sales. Offering clean out options sometimes solves the problem and offers our clients what they need - especially if combined with an estate sale to lower out of pocket expenses. Win-win, creating the best scenarios.

Simplicity - Offering simple solutions, straight forward pricing, all in one options, etc. helps ease the burden of what families are going through. Their focus should be on themselves, their loved ones, the sale of the house, and the many other things life throws at you. Our services are designed to take one of their burdens away from them.
