We desire to make sure many items are donated, recycled, reused, or repurposed. The fact is that not everything at an estate sale will sell so we created the Workroom. It is dedicated to giving a second life to pieces that may not have been given a second thought.

This is where the Project part of Liquidation Project comes to life. Originally the idea was to refurbish and repurpose left over items ourselves. Due to the growth of the estate sale (Liquidation) side of the business we are no longer doing this. We strongly believe, however, that this focus is still very important.

It is with this in mind that we invite all crafters, creators, makers, etc. to visit our sales on the LAST day. This is when you will find many items at extremely low prices making them ideal project pieces. Common furniture items that remain are wood chairs, coffee tables, end tables, and entertainment centers. These are the types of pieces that make for a great Shabby Chic refinish or a complete repurpose into whatever your imagination can come up with.

Other common items that are great last day finds are glasses, plates, pots and pans, and silverware. Visit any local flea market and you will see the many wonderful uses for these types of finds.
